We are discontinuing automatic renewal from 1 July 2025
Automatic renewal is no longer available to new customers.
From 1 July 2025, your 30-day ticket will no longer be automatically renewed on your travelcard. We recommend subscribing to a 30-day ticket in the Ruter app, or via the RuterBedrift portal for businesses, schools, and organisations.
How automatic renewal works
- A new 30-day ticket is automatically registered on the travelcard the first time you validate the card after the previous ticket has expired.
- You will receive an invoice by post or in your online bank when you have renewed the ticket. Choose electronic invoice or automatic debit in your online bank, to avoid the NOK 50 invoice fee.
- If you wish to cancel renewal, all you need to do is avoid validating the travelcard when the previous ticket has expired.
- If you wish to set up automatic renewal for a child between 15 and 18 years of age at a customer centre, the child must attend to provide consent for the processing or personal data.
- Travelcard with automatic renewal will be registered, and you may create MinSide (My Page).
