Tickets purchased prior to the price increase
If you have bought a ticket before 28 January, you must remember to activate it by 28 April 2018 at the latest. After 28 April the ticket becomes invalid and cannot be used for travel. If you are unable to use the ticket, a refund will be given for up to three years.
