That's how the TT service works

You must do this:

  • Be ready when the car arrives
  • The car waits for five minutes after the scheduled pickup time before it drives on
  • Show identification if the driver asks
  • You must be prepared to share a car with others
  • For leisure trips by taxi, you must show your TT card or provide your mobile number

If needed, the driver can assist you with:

  • Follow you to and from the car
  • Take off and put on outerwear
  • Fasten your seatbelt/secure yourself in the car
  • Carry a limited number of bags and luggage
  • Putting a walker and a foldable wheelchair in the car
  • Make sure you arrive as scheduled
  • Service dogs and guide dogs are welcome in the car
  • Stair climber, if you have pre-ordered

How much does it cost?

The Oslo municipality has information on prices and quotas that they update annually.

As a general rule, you always pay a deductible when you use TT for leisure travel. If you use TT for activities such as school, kindergarten, day services for the elderly, respite care, and support contact, no deductible is paid.
