This is what we register
- Customer Information: This includes contact details such as name, email address, or your address if you use "my favorites".
- The pickup address is submitted and processed in one of two ways: Place the marker on the map where you want to be picked up, or enter the address where you want to be picked up
- GPS and location data are processed only locally within the app
Due to fleet management, Ruter has an overview of the GPS coordinates of the bus. This information is not linked to personal data about you.
For the Pilot Oppegård, a system is being tested that provides travelers with continuous information about pick-up and drop-off times both before and during the journey. To be able to provide this information to travelers, it is necessary to link the booking app to a specific vehicle and associated location data.
Other information processed depends on the type of ticketing used.
We only store your information if you have consented to it. You can withdraw this consent at any time. Customer information and travel information are stored in separate databases, and access to this information is limited.

Privacy Impact Assessment
No special categories of information are processed, nor information that in itself can lead to an increased risk of financial loss. Only location data that is necessary is processed, and limitations have been implemented in the data collection to ensure that only the pickup address is processed centrally. Procedures have been established to ensure that customer data is not linked to the bus's location data.
