New School Transport Solution Replaces RuterBestilling

New and improved solution
The new solution for School Transport makes it easier to manage transportation to and from school. It replaces RuterBestilling. This means that from now on, tasks related to School Transport should be handled on the new platform.
You can now log in to app.skoleskyss.no. All information that was registered on your profile on RuterBestilling is already there. During a transition period, it will be possible to log in to RuterBestilling, but this service will eventually be phased out.
How does the new solution work?
At app.skoleskyss.no you will find information about your future trips, options to cancel trips, status of applications, approved addresses, and registered contacts. More features will be added over time.
If you cancel a trip but change your mind, the trip must be restored before 12 p.m. the working day before. If you forget to cancel a trip that you will not use, the return trip from school will be automatically cancelled, and cannot be restored.
How to access:
- Go to app.skoleskyss.no
- Sign in with phone number
- Enter the one-time code sent via SMS
- Are you a new Skoleskyss user? You can add one or more student codes. The student code is sent via SMS once the transportation planning is complete. If you need help finding the student code, you can contact Ruter's customer service at tel. 22 05 70 70.
- Are you an existing Skoleskyss user? Once you have logged in, you will see that the information on your profile has been transferred from RuterBestilling.
