Route changes in October
The changes are part of Ruter’s ongoing adjustments to public transport services. The vast majority involve revising timetables to better reflect current traffic conditions. Other measures include increasing service where we see a need for greater capacity, such as on bus routes 34 and 54, which will run slightly more frequently.
Overall, we believe these changes will contribute to a better and more predictable service for passengers.
Here are the route changes in Oslo
Lines 23 and 24
Routes 23 and 24 will run every 12 minutes during the afternoon rush hour, with minor timetable adjustments. The aim of these measures is to prevent buses from “bunching” (several buses arriving at the same time instead of at evenly spaced intervals), ensuring a better distribution of passengers and more predictable service.
Line 25
Line 25 will have minor schedule adjustments.
Line 34
Route 34 runs more frequently between rush hours and on Saturdays. The bus service will increase from four to five departures per hour between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on weekdays, and between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Line 41
Route 41 runs more frequently on Sundays.
Line 42
Route 42 will have minor schedule adjustments and will run every 15 minutes after 5:00 p.m.
Line 51
Route 51 will have minor timetable adjustments and will start one hour earlier on Sundays. The first departure will leave Tamburveien at 7:53 a.m. and Skar at 8:17 a.m.
Line 54
Route 54 will run more frequently between rush hours and on Saturdays. The bus will run more often, increasing from four to five departures per hour between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on weekdays, and between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Line 56
Route 56 will have minor timetable adjustments and will start half an hour earlier on Sundays. The first departure will leave Tamburveien at 8:02 a.m. and Solemskogen at 7:30 a.m.
Line 56B
Route 56B will have minor timetable adjustments toward Grefsenkollen.
Line 58
Line 58 will have minor schedule adjustments.

Line 60 will have minor schedule adjustments.
Line 62
Route 62 starts half an hour earlier on Sundays. The first departure leaves Grorud T at 7:15 a.m.
Line 63
Route 63 will have an additional morning departure at 9:45 a.m. on Sundays.
Line 65
Route 65 starts one hour earlier on Sundays. The first departure is at 6:52 a.m. from Furuset T and at 7:33 a.m. from Stovner T.
Line 66
Route 66 starts one hour earlier on Sundays. The first departure is at 7:30 a.m. from Helsfyr T and at 7:31 a.m. from Grorud T.
Line 67
Route 67 will have a stop change at Stovnerbakken: Stovnerbakken will be replaced by Stovnerfaret in the direction of Økern.
Line 69
Line 69 will have minor schedule adjustments.
Line 70
Route 70 will have minor schedule adjustments.

Route 70E will have minor timetable adjustments.

Route 71 will have an adjusted departure time and will arrive one minute earlier at all stops.

Route 78A will no longer operate the 8:37 and 9:07 a.m. departures from Abildsø on Saturdays, and the service that currently terminates at Abildsø will have a new terminus. The new terminus will be shared with route 79 on Lambertseterveien.
Line 78B
Route 78B's 8:47 a.m. Saturday departure from Abildsø will be discontinued, and the service that currently terminates at Abildsø will have a new terminus. The new terminus will be shared with route 79 on Lambertseterveien.
Changes for B20
In Asker, bus services for school students are being expanded. In addition, the B20 will have new departure times, which will also affect bus route 295.
Here are the route changes in Asker
Line B20
Route B20 will have a new timetable, including an earlier morning departure from Slemmestad, adjusted arrival times at Aker Brygge, and afternoon departures a few minutes later.
The crossing on the B20 route will take slightly longer. The boats are battery-powered and need to recharge while docked. The timetable is being adjusted accordingly to improve punctuality and provide passengers with greater predictability.
Line 295
Route 295 will have adjusted arrival and departure times due to changes to B20.
Line 260
Route 260 will have two additional departures on school days to increase capacity between Blakstad and Asker.
