Refund policies for business, school, and kindergarten
When can I get a refund?
- You have unused or non-activated tickets
These will be refunded for up to two years from the purchase date. After this period, tickets for business, school, and kindergarten are invalid, and can neither be refunded nor
activated.

Travel funds are refundable for up to 3 years after they have been loaded onto the travel card.

Unused tickets can be returned by mail. Please mark the shipment with the original case number for the order.

Submission at Ruter S
We encourage you to send the tickets by mail, but you can also drop them off at our customer center Ruter S at Jernbanetorget, along with your name and organization number for company, school, or kindergarten.
The refund will not be processed at the customer service center, but will be forwarded internally. Unused tickets cannot be exchanged for new ones, and the remaining value will be issued as a credit note. Any new tickets must be ordered again through our booking form.

If you have a travel card, you can apply for a refund via the corporate form.
