Cancellation and refund of ticket
In short
- We charge a 100 kroner handling fee for all refunds.
- The refund amount is calculated from the day we receive the request from you.
- Single tickets and 24-hour tickets are not refundable.
This is what you get back
Activated and partially used tickets can be refunded, but we do not refund single and 24-hour tickets.
Here you can see how much you get back:
- 7-day ticket: You will be refunded for the number of remaining days.
- 30-day ticket: You will be refunded for the number of remaining days.
- 365-day ticket: You will be refunded for the number of days remaining out of the 300 days you have paid for, not the 365 days the ticket is valid.
The refund amount is calculated from the day we receive your request for a refund. Remember that you must pay a fee of 100 kroner per transaction, and that we do not refund the actual travel card, only the ticket you have on the card.
The travel card with the ticket will be blocked and cannot be used again after the refund.
When can I get a refund?
- You will not be traveling with us anymore
If, for example, you move, become sick, or change your travel pattern. - You have unused or non-activated tickets
These can be refunded up to one year from the purchase date. After this period, the tickets are invalid and cannot be refunded or activated. We do not refund more than two non-activated monthly tickets or one non-activated annual ticket per customer within one year. In the event of a price change, pre-purchased tickets must be activated within three months from when the price change takes effect.
If you have a ticket in the app that hasn't been activated, you can cancel it yourself and get a refund within 3 – 10 business days.
Travel money
Travel funds are refundable for up to 3 years after they have been loaded onto the travel card.
