• Refer to the case number and title found in the record

Mail logs

Ruter's public journal consists of three parts:

• Ruter in general
• Customer service mail
• School transport and TT mail

The general public records journal for the previous 12 weeks is always available here. Each journal contains documents finalised during that week. The journals for school transport and customer enquiries are available on request. All documents are PDF files and open in a new tab when you click on them.
