Ruter are subject to the Freedom of Information Act and maintain a public record in accordance with the rules of the Archives Act. Anyone can request access to Ruter's case documents.

- Refer to the case number and title found in the record

Mail logs
Ruter's public journal consists of three parts:
- Ruter in general
- Customer service mail
- School transport and TT mail
The general ledger from the past 12 weeks will always be available here. Records for school transport, TT, and customer inquiries are provided upon request. All documents are in PDF format which can be downloaded to your computer.
