Statistics
We aim to improve the app, and use Segment.io in RuterBestilling to collect usage statistics. The usage information is sent to us anonymously and cannot be linked to you as a user. Segment is a tool for recording events in the app and collecting them for statistics. For example, an event could be 'Order completed' - then this event will be collected each time an order is completed, and we can use it to see how many people place an order each day or in total over a month.
In addition to some metadata, Segment will also send the following with an event:
- IP
- Operating system and phone type
- Device-ID
- Screen size
- App version

Note that the location access is only processed locally on your phone – the information is not sent to Ruter or any other parties.
