Your answers are processed anonymously. We only store your personal data if you have consented to this and you yourself wish to share your email address so that Ruter can contact you at a later time.

Purpose

The purpose of registering and processing your personal data if you choose to share your email address is to be able to contact you to learn more about your experiences and opinions regarding Ruter’s information services at Jernbanetorget. Providing your email is completely voluntary, and it is also voluntary to take part in any further surveys or interviews.

Access and use

Ruter AS is the data controller. Access to the information is restricted to those who need it for their work. You have the right to access and correct information stored about you, as well as the right to data portability and restricted processing. Ruter does not disclose personal data unless we are required to do so by a public authority.

We use the tool Survey123, which is part of the ArcGIS platform provided by Esri Inc. Esri is the data processor for the information collected through the survey and processes it on our behalf. As a general rule, Esri stores personal data on servers in the USA. This means that your information may be transferred to and processed outside the EU/EEA.

Esri has appointed a Data Protection Officer and an EU representative. The EU representative is Esri R&D Center Stuttgart GmbH, Friedrichstraße 14-16, 70174 Stuttgart, Germany.

Storage and deletion

If you have chosen to share your email address, it will be stored for a maximum of one year and no later than 31 May 2027. After that, it will be deleted. We will also delete the information if you withdraw your consent. We will also delete the information if you withdraw your consent.
