Privacy Policy for Ruter's Online Store
What is Ruter's online store?
Ruter's online store is a web-based solution that allows users to purchase and manage tickets for travel cards. In the online store, customers can purchase tickets for their own or someone else's travel card, view active tickets, and access an overview of purchases and receipts. The online store is available through a web browser on mobile phones, tablets, and PCs.
The online store is an alternative to purchasing tickets in the Ruter app or at physical points of sale, and is designed for customers who wish to use a travel card.
Ruter is responsible for processing your personal data in the online store.

We will also process the personal data necessary to handle inquiries related to purchases from the online store.
