Changes for bus, tram, boat and metro

Ruter will operate a reduced service during the winter holiday in week 8, 14–22 February. We are doing this to adjust the service to lower demand.

Many people are on holiday in week 8 and students will not be going to school. This means fewer departures on several routes, and some routes will be suspended during the holiday period.

  • The metro will have route changes throughout week 8. It runs every 15 minutes on all lines.
  • The tram runs every 15 minutes on all lines during the daytime from 16–21 February.
  • The bus will have fewer departures. Some routes will be cancelled entirely.
  • Boat.
    -
B20 Aker brygge - Slemmestad is cancelled for the entire week.
    - B10 Nesodden - Aker brygge runs every 30 minutes instead of every 20 minutes.

We recommend that all travelers check the journey planner at ruter.no or in the Ruter app before you travel. There you will find updated information about all departures.

School transport in Drammen

Buses connected to school transport to and from Drammen will run almost as normal in week 8, but are cancelled in week 9. This is because Buskerud has its winter break one week later than Oslo and Akershus.
