Route changes for buses in Follo

Several bus routes in Frogn will get new routes from the beginning of March. This is partly due to roadworks on Vestbyveien.
Overview of all changes to bus routes in Follo
500N and 505
These lines are getting a new route. They will no longer run via Vassum. Use the new minibus line 522 between Ås station and Vinterbro.
500
500: Drøbak - Oslo.The departures from Oslo Bus Terminal on Saturdays and Sundays at 01:30 and 03:30 are operated with extra buses for increased capacity.
506
New route due to roadworks on Vestbyveien. There will be a 30-minute service between Sogsti and Dyrløkke during rush hour, and a 90-minute service along the entire stretch until around 8 p.m.
535
The line is getting back two late-morning departures from Kroer school at 09:45 and 10:45, and from Ås station at 10:20 and 11:20.
535X
The departure from Dyster/Eldor at 08:05 is moved to 08:15 and will only run to Rustad School.
536
The line will have a new departure from Dyster/Eldor to Ås station at 07:58.
540N
The line will have a route change between Vestby and Son. It will run via Kjenn and Hølen.
School bus 1131
There will be changes to school bus 1131 between Hølen, Garder and Vestby School/Vestby Lower Secondary School.
The pupils along Brandstadveien, on the stretch Hølen – Kjærstad, will from Monday 9 March be transported by minibus to and from school.
The minibus will be marked Jenssen tour buses.
The school bus to/from Bjerkeskog, on the stretch Bjerkeskog – Vestby Arena, will run as before.
There will be no changes to the timetable.
School bus 1332
There will be changes to school bus 1332 between Skotbu, Bjastad and Kråkstad School.
The pupils on the south side of the E18, on the stretch Bjastad – Holt - Asper, will from Monday 9 March be transported by minibus to and from school.
The minibus will be marked Jenssen tour buses.
The school bus to/from Skotbu will be operated with a large bus as before, but the departure time from Retvedt in the morning will be 15 minutes later, i.e. 08:00 Tuesday–Friday and 08:45 on Mondays.
There will be no changes to the timetable for the students on the Bjastad–Holt–Asper route.
School bus 1531
There will be changes to school bus 1531 from Tomter (Osloveien), Ermesjø, Åsveien, Vassum and Heer school.
Starting Monday, March 9, the pupils will be transported by minibus to and from school. The minibus will be marked Jenssen turbiler.
There will be no changes to the timetable.
School bus 1672
The route is getting a new route number, 1671, and will run between Fagerstrand and Nesodden Upper Secondary School via Flaskebekk. It will no longer serve the section between Fjellstrand and Nesodden Church.
The students must here travel on route 565, or take route 570 and change to 560/561 at Nesodden Church.

Line 505 and 500N which run between Drøbak – Nesset – Oslo, can no longer operate on the county road section of Årungveien. The buses will instead run via the E6.
The reason for this is that we have become aware that the county road section of Årungveien cannot be used by the buses we can operate on the Drøbak route. This gives the residents of Vassum a reduced service compared with today.
As a replacement, a new minibus line 522 will be established, running between Ås station and Vinterbro, serving Vassum.
- Minibus line 522 runs every hour from 06:00–09:00 and from 14:00–18:00 Monday to Friday. This minibus provides transfer options to and from the train at Ås station and to line 505 at Sjøskogen.
The school bus to and from Heer (1531) is operated with a minibus and still stops at Vassum.
New route for lines 506 and 507
Due to roadworks on Vestbyveien, which are scheduled to last until November 2026, route 506 will get a new route. The new route runs from Sogsti via Drøbak town centre, Skorkeberg and Dyrløkke to Frogn Upper Secondary School. Route 506 will have a turning point at Skrubben in Elleveien, which will be the terminus for this line.
During the morning and afternoon rush hours, line 506 will replace minibus line 507 with direct departures between Elleveien and Dyrløkke. Note that those who normally travel with 507 at the innermost part of Elleveien must use line 506 to and from Skrubben from 9 March.
Line 507 will get a new route from Odalen to Dyrløkke and Seiersten, and will replace the current bus line 506. The line will be operated with minibuses.
New late-morning departures on line 535
From 9 March, there will be two additional morning departures on line 535, so that there will once again be hourly departures throughout the morning between Kroer and Ås. This makes it easier to get to Ås Learning Centre at Kroer and to the schools in Ås and Follo in the morning. There will also be a new departure on line 536 at 07:58 from Dyster/Eldor to Ås station.
