The RuterBestilling app
Download our app RuterBestilling if you need to book age-friendly transportation.
This is how it works
- Search for "RuterBestilling" in the App Store if you have an iPhone, and Google Play if you have an Android phone.
- Enter your name and phone number to receive a code that you will input.
- Then you will receive some tips and can proceed with the "Next" button.
- Now you have the app on your phone and can order transportation with the age-friendly transport service.
How to order transportation
- Click on "Order transport" in the app.
- You will be asked if you want to allow the app to use your location. Then you can choose between "Allow once" or "Allow while using the app". You can also choose not to allow it and instead enter your location manually.
- Choose your current location and your destination (within the areas shown here) and select the departure time.
- Then you will see a result for a trip which you can select by pressing "Choose".
