Transfer tickets
Transfer to a new mobile or Ruter app
When you log in to your profile on a new phone, you will be asked if you want to transfer your period ticket there. You can transfer the ticket for free and by yourself up to two times. If you need to transfer it more often, you must contact the customer center.
If you don't already have a profile, you can create a new one and link the ticket to it. Then log in on a new device to transfer the ticket there. Alternatively, you can contact customer service to get a refund for the old ticket and then purchase a new one.
Create a profile on My PageNote: You cannot transfer tickets to other users, but you can purchase for others using the "Buy for others" feature in the Ruter-app.
