Subway, tram, city bus, and boats

Luggage that is forgotten on the subway, trams, city buses, and boats (B1–B22) in Oslo is kept at the lost and found office at the Nationaltheatret subway station – just below the service point at the entrance to the westbound subway lines. Lost property found over the weekend is turned in on Mondays.

Items that are registered with the lost and found office are kept for four weeks from the day they are first submitted.

Lost property is delivered the following working day. Unfortunately, the lost property office does not have direct contact with the traffic staff.

Opening hours: Monday–Friday 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM.

Closed on public holidays during Easter, May 1st, December 24th – 26th, December 31st, and January 1st.

Lost property from the buses in Akershus is kept at the local bus company. Call us for contact information at phone 22 05 70 70.
