Terms for the subscription of the 30-day ticket

To enable automatic renewal, you must have a Ruter Profile. Here you can create a Ruter Profile.

We need to process necessary personal information about you in order to set up the agreement. Read more about privacy in the subscription's privacy statement.

Terms of Service

• You must have purchased a 30-day period ticket, and then choose to subscribe to this ticket.
• Entering into a subscription agreement occurs through explicit acceptance of these terms in the Ruter app.
• For the use of the Ruter app, specific terms and conditions apply.
• For transportation, the Ruter's Travel Terms with attachments, including Ruter's refund rules apply.
• You must register a valid payment card on your profile. You must ensure that there are sufficient funds on the renewal date, which is the last day the current ticket is valid.

Termination and breach of contract

• If you want to cancel the automatic renewal agreement, you must cancel the agreement in the app no later than the day before the renewal date.
• If there is no coverage at the time of payment, a new period ticket will not be activated, and the subscription agreement will be terminated. A separate message about the termination of the agreement will be sent.
• In the event of a breach of the terms for the Ruter app, Ruter may terminate the agreement with immediate effect, and may also claim compensation for losses resulting from the breach.
