Ruter and Tet Digital are switching to a new procurement system
Last updated: 16.09.2026, 14:08
Artifik replaces the existing system EU-Supply, which will be phased out by the end of the third quarter of 2026. A procurement system consists of an e-tendering tool (KGV) for publishing competitions and receiving tenders, and a contract management tool (KAV) for administering supplier contracts.
During the transition period, competitions, notices, mini-competitions and direct call-offs under framework agreements will be published in either EU-Supply or Artifik.
Notices that are required to be published via Doffin and/or TED will be published in accordance with the applicable regulations.
What you need to do as a supplier
You must ensure that your business is registered in Artifik by 1 June 2026. Registration is done on Artifik's website. If your business is already registered in Artifik, no further action is required here. Please note that registering your business is not the same as submitting a qualification application to a dynamic purchasing systems or qualification scheme – see the final section.
Register you organisation in ArtifikAfter registration, you can easily add additional users from your business – this is free of charge.
If you get stuck or need help with the registration, please contact Artifik's support team.

We previously communicated that suppliers would need to requalify under our dynamic purchasing systems and qualification systems. This has since changed.
Suppliers who are already qualified do not need to requalify. New competitions will be advertised in Artifik, and qualified suppliers will receive invitations to participate there.
Suppliers who wish to become qualified must, for the time being, apply for qualification via EU-Supply.
We look forward to continuing our good cooperation in the new system.
