Framework Agreement for Transport Services 2024 - KGL Consultation
Ruter plans to carry out a tender competition for a Framework Agreement for transport services at the beginning of May 2024. In this connection, Ruter would like feedback on a draft of the tender documents.
The purpose of this framework agreement is to make use of any available capacity in the market for Ruter’s needs beyond the ordinary contracts for the purchase of transport services. This applies, among other things, to capacity in addition to the vehicles that are in service under Ruter’s existing contracts at the relevant time, as well as capacity among operators that do not have a route-area contract with Ruter.
