Here you can find information about how Ruter processes your personal data when you register your interest in user testing of self-driving means of transport.

What we treat

  • Ruter may process information about you such as name, mobile number, gender, residential postal code and email address if you choose to participate in user testing. We only store your information if you have consented to this.

Purpose

  • The purpose of processing personal data in connection with user testing is to recruit a diverse and representative selection of participants, so that the testing ensures a broad range of perspectives, needs, and experiences. As part of this, we will also contact you when we begin the actual test.

Access and use

Ruter is the data controller for the personal data. Access to the personal data is restricted to those who need it for their work.

You have the right to access and correct information stored about you, as well as to data portability and restricted processing. Ruter does not disclose personal data unless we are required to do so by a public authority.

Storage and deletion

  • Personal data collected in connection with user testing is stored for one month after the user test has ended. After this, the data will be deleted. We will also delete the data if you withdraw your consent.
  • Ruter uses the Qestback tool, which relies on ISO-certified data centers that are 100% operated in Germany.
