Invitation to Dialogue Conference - Autonomous On-Demand Service in the Oslo Region

Ruter invites you to a dialogue conference on the future of shared autonomous mobility services in the Oslo region. The conference will take place on 3 March 2026 at Ruter S, and represents an important step in scaling up from pilot projects to large-scale operations with 100–500 shared autonomous vehicles.

About the Conference

This is not a traditional dialogue conference. The objective is learning and insight – not procurement and not solution pitching. Through facilitated roundtable dialogues and structured meetings, Ruter aims to create genuine dialogue with actors across the value chain about roles, interfaces, dependencies, and risks.Key themes:

• User experience, safety, and service operations
• Technology and system integration
• Security, regulation, and preparedness
• Market development, economics, and scaling

Who Should Attend?

The conference is relevant for organizations that see a potential future role in the value chain for shared autonomous mobility as part of the public transport system – or that can contribute relevant competence and experience within vehicle platforms, fleet operations, digital services, safety, regulation, or business models.
