# Terms for the subscription of the 30-day ticket

> By subscription, we mean the automatic renewal of the 30-day ticket in the Ruter app.

To enable automatic renewal, you must have a Ruter Profile. Here you can create a Ruter Profile.

We need to process necessary personal information about you in order to set up the agreement. Read more about privacy in the [subscription's privacy statement](https://ruter.no/en/about-ruter/privacy/subscription).

## Terms of Service

- You must have purchased a 30-day period ticket, and then choose to subscribe to this ticket.
- Entering into a subscription agreement occurs through explicit acceptance of these terms in the Ruter app.
- For the use of the [Ruter app, specific terms and conditions apply](https://ruter.no/en/about-ruter/privacy/ruter-app).
- For transportation, the [Ruter's Travel Terms with attachments](https://ruter.no/en/practical-information/travel-conditions), including Ruter's refund rules apply.
- You must register a valid payment card on your profile. You must ensure that there are sufficient funds on the renewal date, which is the last day the current ticket is valid.
- Ny billett aktiveres automatisk dagen etter fornyelsesdatoen.  
Du må være over 18 år for å kunne inngå en abonnementsavtale.  
For avtalen gjelder Ruters vilkår om honnørrabatt og studentrabatt.

## Termination and breach of contract

- If you want to cancel the automatic renewal agreement, you must cancel the agreement in the app no later than the day before the renewal date.
- If there is no coverage at the time of payment, a new period ticket will not be activated, and the subscription agreement will be terminated. A separate message about the termination of the agreement will be sent.
- In the event of a breach of the terms for the Ruter app, Ruter may terminate the agreement with immediate effect, and may also claim compensation for losses resulting from the breach.
