Ruter’s mobile apps – RuterBillett and RuterReise

RuterBillett

RuterBillett is Ruter’s new mobile app and lets you buy single tickets and period tickets (24-hour, 7-day and 30-day tickets) just before you get on board.

We recommend that you download the app in plenty of time before you travel. The mobile ticket is valid on the Metro, buses, trams, ferries and trains in Oslo and Akershus. You can access RuterBillett from your iPhone/iPad and Android, and from Microsoft’s Windows Phone. The app is also available in English if your device is set to a language other than Norwegian

Ruter will continue to develop the ticket app, and this autumn you will be able to buy supplementary tickets.

RuterReise

With RuterReise on your mobile you can plan your journey and find out about any delays or cancellations in services which may arise while you are travelling. RuterReise is available on iPhone and Android, and also in an English version if your device is set to a language other than Norwegian.
